The club has its own mailing list, a great way for members and other interested people to get in touch quickly. For example, it could be used to ask for a lift to an event (and also to offer one :-) ), to organise a relay team or to let others know last minute details of any training events that are being organised.

Club League
The club league is run fron January through to December each year. You gain points from your run, at any event (not just within our region) that 3 or more club members attend, based on your minutes per km and there is also a fiddle factor involved. The league is administered by our Club Captain - Sara Mansel

| Many of us have been showing off our new range of SUFFOC t-shirts and sweatshirts at recent events and we think that they look very smart. Sarah - our Team Captain - would like to put in another order in the coming months, so if you are interested in placing an order please let her know. She will need to know which garment you would like, the colour and the size. She will only collect payment once we have enough garments to place an order. Colour Coded Badge Scheme
Anyone who has completed three colour coded courses in a shorter time than the par time (or simply completed three white courses) can claim a smart cloth strip of the appropriate colour. Par times vary from one event to another, but are always indicated in the results.
To claim your award, contact Clive Wilkinson. He may ask for evidence if you include events from outside of Suffolk, e.g photocopies of results. Start checking now to see how many colours you are entitled to!
Explorer Challenge
The Challenge is a flexible award scheme designed to encourage young people to venture into the outdoor world by using maps and developing their navigation skills. The club is actively encouraging young persons to take part in this, for more details see the Explorer Challenge page.
