I hope that you all enjoyed the event today. We were very fortunate with the weather. Thank you for all of the positive comments regarding the new map and the courses. When I started to map this area I did not have any knowledge of the estates of Haverhill. However it soon became apparent that there was an excellent path network that would give plenty of route choice and provide runnable courses.

I would like to thank Will Harrison, Paul Lowe, Alesha Lowe and Ben Clarke for all of their help on the day. Special thanks must go to Matt Clarke who helped me with all of the computer aspects of the event. He has spent many hours in his breaks from revision helping me amend the Open Orienteering map and plotting the courses. The event could not have gone ahead without his assistance.
