EVENT INFORMATION
SUFFOC welcomes you to our final regional event of 2025 at Nowton Park and Hardwick Heath, beautiful country parks with a mix of runnable woodland, meadows and ponds on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.
The map combines Nowton park with Hardwick Heath and includes part of a housing estate to provide some urban elements for the longer courses.
Light Green, Orange, Yellow and White courses will be entirely within Nowton Park.
