This course is situated in the Grange farm area of Kesgrave, to the E of Ipswich. If driving to the area you can park at the Millennium Hall car park, which will be familiar if you've done the Kesgrave parkrun. The marked 'Start/Finish' is at a path junction to the west of the car park, but you may start at any of the checkpoints, whichever is most convenient, & plan your route from there. This is a timed course - you'll receive points for each control you visit, & have them deducted if you're over the time allowed!
Although it is a quiet residential area the course involves various road crossings: caution is required & under 16s should be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: the map has been updated slightly (23/06/21) to clarify one of the footpaths. If you have an older version of the printed map please replace it with the new one, which has a QR code at the bottom (you may need to refresh the page). It has not been possible to update the map on the app - if you don't use the printed map you'll need to check the footpath layout just to the south of control (1).
