Preparations for our 2017 Summer Series are well underway. These events are an excellent introduction to the sport - beginners, including families, are welcome. Walk or run, individually or in small groups - it's your choice!
Congratulations to Matthew Clarke and Chloe Cracknell who have been selected to attend this year's Deeside training camp which runs from 22nd-29th July.
The ‘Deeside’ training camp is based at Templars’ Park, Maryculter on the banks of the River Dee near Aberdeen, within reach of excellent orienteering areas such as Glen Feardar, Cambus O’May, Inchmarnoch & Creag Choinnich.
Anyone who would like to try orienteering but is hesitating due to a lack of confidence in their map reading skills may be interested in this event which is part of the Suffolk Walking Festival 2017.
